Installation Overview

1. Prep the Cutout

• Mark your cut line on the van body.

• Remove the rubber gasket from the window frame.

• Cut the opening using an air jig saw (recommended).

2. Apply Adhesive

• Use windshield urethane adhesive along the inner frame edge.

• Mask around the opening with tape for clean adhesive removal.

3. Set the Window

• Press the frame firmly into the cutout.

• Use tape or temporary supports to hold while curing.

4. Clean

• Remove excess urethane with a paper towel or lacquer thinner.

5. Final Check

• After recommended curing time, inspect for full seal and stability.

Install for Wall Thickness 6mm–19mm

• Cut to size and insert wood shims to eliminate gaps.

• Use the inner trim ring to clamp the window securely.

Install for Wall Thickness 20mm–29mm

• Cut the opening, set the window, and secure using the inner trim for a tight clamp and clean interior finish.
