RoamLabX Goose Liner brings a Duck Liner base and a pre-laminated synthetic insulation layer together in one DIY-friendly product for camper van builds.

Measure and cut your pieces, peel away the release backing, and apply the material to clean, dry, properly prepared van metal. The insulation layers are already bonded together, so no separate spray adhesive is required to attach the insulation layer.

Important Installation Notice

Goose Liner uses a strong adhesive, making correct placement essential. Measure, cut and dry-fit each piece before removing the release backing. Apply only to clean, dry, properly prepared surfaces. Expose the adhesive gradually, position carefully and press evenly to achieve full contact without trapped air.

Incorrect installation will cause delamination. Once the adhesive has bonded, pulling the material back to reposition or remove it can separate its layers. Align each piece before pressing it into place and follow the Goose Liner installation instructions.

Moisture Management

The Duck Liner layer helps limit warm, moisture-laden interior air from reaching cold vehicle metal when installed as a continuous, properly sealed layer. Seal seams, edges and penetrations with compatible vapour barrier tape or sealant. Proper ventilation and humidity management remain important for controlling moisture inside the van.
